INGELORE
40 minutes/USA/2010
Directed by Frank Stiefel -- INVITED GUEST

Frank Stiefel artfully compiles this moving tribute to his mother, Ingelore Herz Honigstein, a deaf Jewish woman who endures unimaginable isolation and suffering in Nazi Germany, only to reclaim her dignity and freedom.

SURVIVING HITLER: A LOVE STORY
65 minutes/US and Germany/2010
Directed by JK Wasson --- a Q & A with the director will follow

This would sound like a pitch for a Hollywood blockbuster, were it not all true. As a teenager in Nazi Germany, Jutta is shocked to discover she is Jewish. She joins the German resistance and meets Helmuth, an injured soldier. The two become sweethearts and co-conspirators in the Valkyrie plot to assassinate Hitler.
